6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. FNÈL extends this period to 30 days. To withdraw, create a return request from your order page or notify defnefnel@outlook.com. Refunds are made within 14 days of your notice, using the original payment method, at no cost to you.

Items made to your specifications, and items whose hygiene seal has been opened after delivery (underwear, swimwear, earrings, etc.), are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to defnefnel@outlook.com. Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
