İLAYDA DEFNE DEMİREL ("Company") processes your personal data as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, Turkish ID number (optional, for e-invoices), company and tax details for business invoices
• Customer transactions: orders, returns, basket and wishlist, requests and complaints
• Security: IP address, session and device data, contract acceptance records
• Marketing: communication preferences, only with your consent
• AI assistant: transcripts of your written or spoken conversations with the assistant

Card details are never processed or stored by us; payments are handled by the licensed payment institution iyzico.

Purposes and legal grounds

Performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, and — with your explicit consent — marketing communications.

Transfers

Data may be shared, only as needed, with carriers (DHL eCommerce, DHL Express and partners), the payment institution (iyzico), the e-invoice provider, IT service providers and competent authorities.

Your rights
