Returns and exchanges

You can return items free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

1. Open your order from My account > My orders or the order tracking page.
2. Click Request a return and select the items and reason.
3. Drop off your parcel at a carrier point with the return code you receive.

Refunds are issued automatically to your original card once the items reach our warehouse; it may take 2–10 working days to appear depending on your bank.

For hygiene reasons, opened underwear, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
