Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products below, ordered electronically on the seller's website, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 4 — General terms

4.1. The buyer confirms having read the pre-contractual information on the products, price, payment and delivery.

4.2. Products are delivered to the address provided within the statutory 30 days. If delivery becomes impossible, the seller informs the buyer within 3 days and refunds the amount paid within 14 days.

4.3. Delivery is deemed made when the carrier hands over the parcel. Damaged parcels should be refused or a damage report requested.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

5.1. The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons; the seller extends this to 30 days.

5.2. Withdrawal is exercised via the order page or by written notice to defnefnel@outlook.com. Items are returned free of charge with a return code.

5.3. The seller refunds the price and any delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the notice, to the original payment method.

5.4. Items listed in Article 15 of the Regulation (personalised items; opened hygiene items such as underwear, swimwear and earrings) are excluded.

Article 6 — Disputes

Disputes are heard by Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade, and by Consumer Courts above those limits.
